At AIĀNA Aotearoa, we take pride in creating and carefully packaging every order.

Due to the nature of our skincare, wellness, and healing products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 1day  of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
